• Earn $500–$1,000 when you refer an owner and we sign a management agreement and receive the tenant placement fee.
• We permanently tag and track referring agents in our system so credit always goes to you.
• When your client is ready to sell, we will immediately reconnect them with you — we do not compete for listings.
