Michelle Hayes is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal Broker of Oregon Real Estate Group LLC. Since entering the real estate industry in 2000, she has built a reputation for exceptional client service, knowledgeable guidance, and an unwavering commitment to helping buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners achieve their real estate goals. Michelle is a Certified Residential Investment Specialist (CRIS), a Certified HAFA Short Sale Specialist, and a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer with extensive experience in residential real estate, investment properties, and property management.

Throughout her career, Michelle has successfully represented hundreds of buyers and sellers while helping investors build, manage, and grow their real estate portfolios. Her expertise includes residential sales, investment properties, strategic marketing, contract negotiation, pricing analysis, and property management. As a real estate investor herself, she understands the importance of protecting an investment while maximizing long-term value, and she enjoys helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

In 2026, Michelle and her husband, Kyle, co-founded Oregon Real Estate Group LLC with a vision of creating a brokerage centered on integrity, exceptional customer service, and lasting relationships. By combining decades of industry experience with innovative technology and modern marketing strategies, they have built a company dedicated to serving buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, and tenants throughout the Portland metropolitan area, Yamhill County, and Oregon's Central Coast.

A lifelong Oregonian, Michelle was born and raised in the Portland area, where she and Kyle are raising their three children. Much of their free time is spent on the soccer field, cheering on their kids, traveling to tournaments, and supporting the activities that keep their family active and connected. Those experiences have strengthened Michelle's appreciation for the communities she serves and the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home.

Whether she's helping a first-time homebuyer, advising an experienced investor, or developing a marketing strategy for a seller, Michelle is known for her honest communication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to putting her clients' best interests first. She believes every real estate transaction is about more than property—it's about helping people build the future they envision.  

Kyle Hayes is the Co-Founder of Oregon Real Estate Group LLC and an Oregon licensed Broker who specializes exclusively in residential property management. Since beginning his property management career in 2006, he has been dedicated to helping rental property owners protect their investments, maximize returns, and navigate the day-to-day responsibilities of owning rental property.

Before entering the real estate industry, Kyle built a successful career in the semiconductor industry, where he developed the organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills that continue to benefit his clients today. His transition into property management allowed him to combine those strengths with a passion for real estate, building extensive experience in leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, inspections, vendor management, compliance, and asset preservation.

As a real estate investor himself, Kyle understands the challenges and rewards of property ownership firsthand. He believes successful property management is built on clear communication, proactive planning, and treating every property with the same level of care and attention he would expect for his own investments. His practical, solutions-oriented approach and commitment to responsive service have earned the trust of property owners throughout Oregon.

In 2026, Kyle co-founded Oregon Real Estate Group LLC with a vision of creating a company centered on integrity, personalized service, and long-term relationships. Today, he works exclusively with landlords and real estate investors throughout the Portland metropolitan area, Yamhill County, and Oregon's Central Coast, helping clients achieve strong financial performance while providing peace of mind.

Outside of work, Kyle is a devoted husband and proud father of three children. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he understands the importance of building a secure future through wise real estate decisions. Whether cheering from the sidelines at youth sporting events, enjoying the outdoors with his family, or giving back to the local community, Kyle values the relationships he builds both personally and professionally. His family-first mindset carries into his work, where he strives to treat every owner, resident, vendor, and referral partner with honesty, respect, and genuine care.

Cheryl brings more than 40 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to Oregon Real Estate Group LLC. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for accuracy, organization, and exceptional attention to detail. Her extensive financial background helps ensure that owner statements, trust accounting, vendor payments, and day-to-day bookkeeping are handled with professionalism, precision, and care.

Cheryl takes pride in providing dependable support to both clients and team members. She understands that behind every transaction is a property owner who relies on accurate financial reporting and timely communication. Her commitment to integrity and outstanding customer service makes her an invaluable part of the Oregon Real Estate Group team.

Outside of the office, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Whether she's attending family gatherings, creating lasting memories with her grandkids, or simply enjoying time together, family is at the center of her life. Shanae is a Property Management Assistant with Oregon Real Estate Group LLC, where she provides exceptional day-to-day support to property owners, residents, vendors, and our property management team. With years of experience in property management, Shanae plays a vital role in keeping operations running efficiently by coordinating maintenance, assisting with tenant communications, supporting leasing activities, managing administrative responsibilities, and ensuring every request is handled promptly and professionally.

Known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and friendly approach, Shanae is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. She understands that responsive communication and proactive problem-solving are the foundation of successful property management and takes pride in creating a positive experience for both owners and residents.
