Final Walk-Through Inspection

The buyer will perform a final walk-through to confirm the property’s condition matches the Purchase Agreement and that no items have been left behind.

Closing

At closing, the seller, buyer, and closing agent sign the settlement documents. Sale proceeds can be wired or issued by check, depending on your preference. You'll also deliver the keys and any necessary property information to the buyer. Once all documents have been signed, funds have been received, and the deed has officially recorded with the county, the sale is complete and ownership transfers to the buyer.
